Maison Mathis Arabian Ranches, a vibrant European-inspired dining concept by Creneau Hospitality, is looking for professional and charismatic Waiters and Waitresses to join our front-of-house team. We pride ourselves on delivering a high-energy, premium dining experience in the heart of Arabian Ranches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional table service in a fast-paced, licensed European restaurant environment.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the food menu, focusing on European cuisine.
• Confidently suggest and serve alcoholic beverages, including wines, beers, and spirits.
• Manage guest orders accurately using POS systems and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
• Maintain a clean and organized station while adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards.
• Build rapport with regular guests and handle inquiries with a professional, upbeat attitude.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in a high-volume, licensed establishment in the UAE.
• Strong background and understanding of European culinary standards and beverage service.
• Excellent communication skills and a "guest-first" mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy brunch and dinner shifts.
• Immediate availability to join the team is highly preferred.
