Junior Hostess

Maison Mathis Arabian Ranches is looking for a polished and organized Junior Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. As a vibrant European-inspired dining concept, we require a professional who can manage high volumes of reservations while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a high level of professionalism and hospitality.
• Manage restaurant seating and reservations exclusively using the SevenRooms platform.
• Coordinate with the floor team and management to optimize table turnover and guest flow.
• Handle telephone inquiries, confirm bookings, and manage the waiting list during peak hours.
• Maintain a pristine entrance area and assist in identifying regular guests to personalize their experience.
• Ensure all guest feedback at the door is communicated effectively to the management team.

Candidate Requirements:

• Mandatory knowledge of SevenRooms reservation management software.
• Previous experience as a Hostess in a fast-paced, high-end, or licensed restaurant in the UAE.
• Exceptional communication skills and a professional grooming standard.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure during busy brunch and weekend shifts.
