Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in the daily preparation and service of European cuisine.
  • Maintain a high standard of food quality, consistency, and presentation across all dishes.
  • Prepare ingredients (mise-en-place) efficiently to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
  • Adhere strictly to Dubai Municipality food safety and HACCP hygiene standards.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in the organized storage of all food items.
  • Ensure the workstation is kept clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.
  • Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to minimize waste and optimize production.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Commis I or II in a high-volume, professional kitchen in the UAE.
  • Strong technical skills in European cooking techniques and flavor profiles.
  • Ability to follow standardized recipes and plating guides accurately.
  • Professional culinary training or a diploma in Culinary Arts is preferred.
  • Resilient attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen.
  • Immediate availability to join the team in Arabian Ranches.
