Multi-Skilled Technician

Connaught Palace Hotel Dubai is seeking a highly competent and professional Multi-Skilled Technician to join our dedicated Engineering team. This role is critical for ensuring the seamless operation of our luxury hotel facilities and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance across all hotel departments.
• Expertly troubleshoot and repair Electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and control panels.
• Execute Plumbing maintenance, ensuring leak-free operations, water pressure management, and drainage system upkeep.
• Monitor and service HVAC systems, including FCUs, AHUs, and split units, to ensure optimal climate control.
• Attend to emergency breakdowns and guest room calls with speed and professionalism.
• Conduct general maintenance tasks including basic carpentry, masonry, and painting as required.
• Maintain accurate logs of all maintenance activities and spare parts usage.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must possess 2–4 years of proven UAE experience in building maintenance or facility management.
• Previous experience in a Hotel environment is highly preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) services.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to facility upkeep.
• Immediate joiners currently residing in the UAE are prioritized.
