AC Maintenance Technician

Join the Caribou Coffee Team in Dubai! We are seeking a skilled and proactive AC Maintenance Technician to oversee the climate control systems across our locations. The ideal candidate will be an expert in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of cooling units essential for a busy retail and F&B environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of AC systems.
• Expertly handle Split, Cassette, Ducted, and Package AC units.
• Accurately diagnose electrical and mechanical faults to minimize downtime.
• Execute gas charging, leak detection, and compressor repairs/replacements.
• Ensure all work complies with HVAC safety standards and UAE regulations.
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdown calls and work independently under pressure.
• Maintain detailed reporting and documentation of all maintenance activities.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Current Location: Must be currently residing inside the UAE.
• Driving License: Must hold a valid UAE Driving License.
• Experience: Proven background in HVAC/AC maintenance.
