Keep our kitchens running! Caribou Coffee is looking for a dedicated Kitchen Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team in Dubai. This role is vital for ensuring our brewing, cooking, and refrigeration equipment remains in peak condition to serve our customers every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair commercial-grade kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, and dishwashers.
- Specialize in the maintenance of beverage equipment such as coffee brewers and espresso machines.
- Troubleshoot and repair refrigeration units, including chillers, freezers, and ice machines.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues quickly and efficiently.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to avoid equipment failure.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure minimal disruption to café service.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Current Location: Must be currently residing inside the UAE.
- Driving License: Must hold a valid UAE Driving License.
- Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or large-scale F&B environment.
