This is a prestigious opportunity to lead the bar operations of a high-profile, non-licensed establishment that values heritage, excellence, and elite service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead all bar operations, ensuring the highest quality of coffee and non-alcoholic beverage service.
• Craft premium specialty coffee and innovative mocktails, demonstrating expertise in flavor profiles and presentation.
• Manage the full beverage lifecycle: from bean selection (analyzing acidity and roasting levels) to inventory, ordering, and cost control.
• Lead and mentor the bar team, including shift scheduling, staff training, and performance management.
• Maintain, clean, and calibrate high-end coffee equipment and utensils to ensure technical perfection.
• Implement strict hygiene standards and waste management protocols to optimize profitability.
• Provide a world-class guest experience through expert communication and storytelling of the brand's unique origins.

Candidate Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluency in both Russian and English is mandatory for guest communication.
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of coffee bean quality, roasting levels, and manual brewing techniques.
• Mocktail Artistry: Proven experience in creating complex, non-licensed beverage menus.
• Management Experience: Background in shift leadership and team management within a high-volume UAE environment.
• Operational Skills: Strong grasp of inventory management and beverage cost control.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced Downtown Dubai location.
